Back in 2023, I had conceptualised a character with a personality, a backstory, and a unique voice. However, I wasn’t able to execute it properly, as I had limited knowledge of voice acting, few connections, and little coding experience. The idea of me voicing a Skyrim follower seemed a bit far-fetched. I hadn’t seen a red-scaled Argonian companion on the Nexus. So, rather than waiting for someone else to get to it first, I figured I might as well be the one to bring this lil' guy to life. I didn’t have the experience, nor the right tools, nor a clear understanding of what it would take to bring a fully voiced character to life. But as I gained more knowledge and resources, the project became possible. Now, with the skills I’ve developed, I’ve been able to turn that idea into reality.

Vince Watermelon is a custom-voiced Argonian follower mod with over 600 voice lines. After fleeing from Black Marsh, Vince is cold and alone, with little to no dignity left. He eagerly joins you on your wild adventures. Vince progressively evolves with regular updates.
